Vacancy – 3 First Violin (Tutti) Positions Available

The Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra (TSSO), Greece, announces an audition to fill three permanent First Violin (5th Category, Tutti) positions.

Auditions will begin on January 8, 2026, in Thessaloniki.
The application period runs from October 30 to November 28, 2025.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old (or 15 in the case of acknowledged talent) and meet the health and integrity requirements defined by Greek public service law.

Audition repertoire:

• First movement (with cadenza) from a concerto by Wieniawski, Mendelssohn, or Bruch

• First movement (with cadenza) from a Mozart concerto (K.216, K.218, or K.219)

• Orchestral excerpts (without solos)
