Opera Studio – Soprano & Tenor

Komische Oper Berlin invites applications to its International Opera Studio for the 2027/28 season.
Two positions are available:

• Soprano – 1 position
• Tenor – 1 position

The programme is open to young professionals, graduates and artists nearing the end of their training and offers a two-year full-time contract, with remuneration based on the German collective agreement for stage performers (Normalvertrag Bühne).

Applications must include:

• a CV/résumé with headshot;
• a short introduction video of up to 1 minute, in German or English;
• two contrasting arias as unedited video recordings, no older than one year.

Selected candidates will be invited to live auditions from 30 November to 2 December 2026 at Komische Oper Berlin @ Schillertheater.
Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered.
