Stiftung OPER IN BERLIN invites applications for the Opera Studio at Komische Oper Berlin, starting in the 2026/27 season.

Applications are open for the following voice types:

  • Mezzosoprano
  • Tenor
  • Baritone
  • Bass

Komische Oper Berlin is one of Berlin’s three major opera houses and a leader in innovative musical theatre.
The International Opera Studio offers a two-year contract and is aimed at young professionals, recent graduates, and artists nearing the completion of their studies.

Live auditions (by invitation only) are expected to take place in Berlin from 9–12 March 2026.
Travel and accommodation expenses cannot be covered.

The position is a full-time contract as a member of the International Opera Studio, with remuneration according to the Normalvertrag Bühne.
