The “Paul Constantinescu” Philharmonic Orchestra in Ploiești is organizing an international orchestral conducting masterclass led by Maestro Dumitru Goia, conductor and professor, with studies in Saint Petersburg and Vienna.
The course is open to both early-career conductors and those wishing to further develop their professional experience.
The masterclass program includes score study sessions, piano rehearsals, and orchestral rehearsals with the Philharmonic Orchestra, offering participants the opportunity to work directly with the ensemble and refine their practical conducting skills.
The repertoire includes works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
The number of active participants is limited to 11, ensuring that each participant benefits from sufficient podium time with the orchestra.
The masterclass will conclude with a final concert, and participants will receive professional video recordings of their performances.
