International Academy of Music – Intensive Programme 2026

The Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź (Poland) is accepting applications for the 2026 edition of the International Academy of Music – Intensive International Education Programmes (IIEP), an intensive international programme designed for young musicians.

The programme is open to:

• students enrolled at music universities and other eligible higher education institutions outside Poland;
• students of the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź;
• applicants aged 18–32;
• candidates with a minimum B2 level of English.

Delivered entirely in English, the programme includes:

• individual masterclasses;
• chamber music and repertoire coaching (including work with a répétiteur for vocalists);
• workshops on stage presence and professional image;
• performance psychology workshops focused on managing stage anxiety;
• cultural activities and final public performances.

Participation is free of charge. International participants are eligible for:

• a course scholarship;
• financial support for accommodation and daily expenses;
• reimbursement of travel costs;
• 6 ECTS credits and a Europass Digital Credential upon successful completion of the programme.

Applications must be submitted online and include:

• proof of student status;
• an audio-video recording (maximum 30 minutes) featuring two complete works in contrasting styles.
