Choir Auditions – Alto I (1)

Opernhaus Zürich, one of Europe’s leading opera houses, is inviting applications for a permanent Alto I position in its opera chorus, starting 1 January 2027.

Applicants should hold a university degree in classical singing and demonstrate musical and vocal versatility, strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a demanding repertoire environment. Knowledge of German is required.

Application deadline: 23 August 2026
Audition: 30 September 2026, Zurich

Applications must be submitted via Muvac and include a CV, diploma, portrait photo and a video recording.
