Description

The Cascais Opera International Vocal Competition invites young opera singers from around the world to participate in its 2026 edition, held in the historic coastal city of Cascais, Portugal.

The competition is open to singers of all nationalities who:

  • are between 18 and 32 years old, or 32 years old on the day of the Final (as specified in the official regulations).

Dates: 29 May – 7 June 2026
Participants will compete for significant prizes, valuable professional opportunities, and logistical support, including accommodation and travel coverage for finalists.

Application deadline: 15 January 2026, 23:59 (Portuguese time)
