Musical Jobs is the first platform in Romania dedicated to music professionals, providing immediate access to career opportunities at national and international level.

Launched by the National University of Music Bucharest, the project combines academic expertise with a practical tool designed to support musicians at every stage of their career.

Our Mission

To help young musicians discover career opportunities, auditions, and training programs through an intuitive, accessible platform tailored to their professional needs.

Impact

In its first year, Musical Jobs reached over 22,000 unique visitors and generated more than 120,000 page views. The platform quickly became a meeting point for the music community, attracting users not only from Romania, but also from the USA, Germany, the UK, Italy, and other countries.

My name is Maria Nistor, and I am a third-year student at the National University of Music Bucharest, specializing in Byzantine Religious Music. I would like to share with you my experience and how the Musical Jobs website helped me become part of one of the most renowned choirs in Romania, the Madrigal – Marin Constantin National Chamber Choir. It all started when I saw an announcement on the website about auditions, as well as the CV template, which was a great help and made the application process much simpler and more organized.
