Description

The Chipping Campden Festival Academy Orchestra invites advanced conservatoire and postgraduate-level musicians to apply for its 2027 programme.

Positions are available for:

  • Violin – 7 positions
  • Viola – 3 positions
  • Cello – 2 positions
  • Double Bass – 1 position
  • Flute – 1 position
  • Oboe – 1 position
  • Clarinet – 1 position
  • Bassoon – 1 position
  • French Horn – 1 position
  • Trumpet – 1 position

Overseas applicants may audition by video. In-person auditions will take place in the UK in January and February 2027.

Successful candidates receive a £450 bursary for the week and complimentary accommodation with local hosts, including breakfast. Supper is provided on concert days.
