Masterclass – Lab for Conductors & Composers

LEAD! Foundation, in collaboration with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, is organizing a masterclass for conductors and composers with Jukka-Pekka Saraste and Magnus Lindberg, taking place from December 8–10, 2026, in Bergen, Norway.

Five active conductors and five active composers will be selected.
The program is open to applicants of any age or nationality and includes access to Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra rehearsals, seminars, and professional development sessions.

Selected conductors will receive an individual conducting video session with Jukka-Pekka Saraste, while selected composers will receive an individual composition lesson with Magnus Lindberg.

Participation fee: EUR 400 + VAT
Application fee: EUR 20
Travel, accommodation, and meals are not included.
