Vocal Competition

The International Lyrical Art Competition of Namur – Jodie Devos is open to singers of all nationalities, aged between 18 and 35 years inclusive, as of 1 January 2026.

The Competition offers:

• 5 prizes and special prizes

• a semi-final performance with free choice of staging

• a final performance at the Namur Concert Hall with the Opéra Royal de Wallonie Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Ayrton Desimpelaere

• a jury composed of representatives from major opera houses, artist managers, and internationally renowned lyric artists

• masterclasses with one or more internationally acclaimed lyric artists

• lectures given by prominent figures from the opera world
