Call for compositions – Ink Still Wet 2026

Grafenegg Festival (Austria) invites applications for the Ink Still Wet Composer-Conductor Workshop 2026, led by Olga Neuwirth and Brad Lubman.

The workshop takes place in two phases:

• Part 1: working and fine-tuning with the workshop leaders and section leaders of the orchestra.

• Part 2: rehearsals and world premieres during the Grafenegg Festival, with participants conducting their own works with the Tonkünstler Orchestra.

A unique opportunity: participants will conduct their own compositions, gain new perspectives, and present their works in the final concert on 21 August 2026 (Auditorium Grafenegg).

Who can apply:

• Composers and composition students

• Conducting experience is an advantage, but not required

• No age limit

• Course language: English
